I started fire-fighting training this week
Today, I did, 80 squat thrusts, 150 jumping-jacks, 300 push-ups, 270 mountain climbers, chin ups, endurance/interval running, heat/humidity acclimatisation… And it’s only going to get worse, it’s a six-month course! Thank god this week’s a long weekend!
